Women Who Have Guided Us On Our Path
Member of the YPJ, Kurdish Women's Protection Unit. The YPJ is an all female brigade dedicated to not only protecting the Kurdish culture, but they also fight for the equality of women for future generations and to transform stereotypes within their current society. These incredibly focused and fierce women helped defeat Isis on the front lines of battle. Their bravery is an inspiration for women around the world.
